Change in the HTML5 - Dublin Core standard

W3C and HTML5

HTML5 still contains unfixed programming precepts. We realized that Dublin Core needs a different syntax than before.

About a year ago I wrote about the connection between Dublin Core and HTML5 and about how to give valid meta elements into HTML5. You can read this article here.

There are no official information about HTML5 tags so we can rely only on experiences and feedbacks.

It turned out that a method that was accepted a year ago does not work anymore. Before you had to put the following line to pass the validation process:

'<link rel="schema.dcterms" href="">',

right now, the W3C validator will give you an error if you add this line to the code!

We try to improve our tests but these kinds of errors are not always discoverable right away. That's why we thank you if you provide us feedback and notice us about errors.
